I have searched diligently throughout your website and cannot find any other means other than this to contact you. I have never experienced any other organization, such as yours, which apparently has no concern for member/customer relations. No email? No phone number? No customer service site whatsoever? You are not an organization - you are a disaster.

If anyone with any authority is reading this, kindly cancel whatever "membership" I have, and do not...I repeat - DO NOT charge my credit card ever again.

An email address is clearly given in our Terms and Conditions of Use and in our Terms and Conditions of Sale (links available at the bottom of each page of the site), and a contact page is also clearly available.

You have 2 Geneanet accounts:
- "digitaldon": free account with a family tree
- "digitaldon35": Premium account without a family tree

To delete your free account ("digitaldon"), please go to https://en.geneanet.org/mon_compte and click "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page.

We have cancelled the automatic renewal of your Premium subscription (account "digitaldon35").

Your Premium subscription will expire on September 18, 2021, and you will not be automatically charged anymore.
Just ignore the reminders you will receive.

To view the history of your Premium subscription, please go to https://en.geneanet.org/privilege/history

We are sincerely sorry but the refund is not possible as it's clearly said in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale: https://en.geneanet.org/legal/cgv/#s2a5

There are new information and ancestors for your family tree at https://en.geneanet.org/compare/ (this is a Premium option). Select "Your entire family tree" and all the options in the "Advanced search" section of the page.
