When I went to delete my account it says that this can only be done by a letter mailing a letter overseas. I live in Texas. I am already out $12.50 for a one month and am not spending another dime on your website. Could you please cancel my subscription remotely? This is ridiculous. I should not have to do this and do not want to pay international postage charges. I just set up the account on December 23, 2019, 10 days ago! I have gotten absolutely nothing for my $12.50. I have family on three other sites and yours cannot find any ancestors of mine on your website no matter how far back I go. It would be appreciated if you do not charge my credit card again. I've already wasted enough money with frustration in return.

I do not want my membership in Geneanet to continue past today, it is not easy to use. I was informed, just now, that it has been renewed until April and I don't want to pay for now until then. I plan to stop the charge for it regardless of the notice that I'll still be billed for it, I did not see an email earlier about getting it taken care of.
