I have followed your above link and it does not say anything about cancelling.

If you have cancelled the automatic renewal, you have nothing else to do. Just ignore the reminders you will receive.

If you have a one or two-year subscription, it will end automatically, just ignore the reminders.

If you have a three-month subscription, go to this page:
https://en.geneanet.org/privilege/history
