Stern family from Germany

Henry and Catharine (or Christina) Stern left Germany around 1855 and settled in Ancaster, Ontario, Canada. Catharine's maiden name may have been Stachel. They had six daughters: Charlotte, Caroline, Mary, Henrietta (or Theresa), Wilhelmine and Luisa. An infant son, name unknown, may have perished on the ship as they made their way to Canada.

A death record for Henry (Heinrich?) indicates he was born in Saxe-Coburg-Gotha around 1813 but I cannot find any record of his marriage to Catherine, the births of their daughters or emigration details. I have hit a brick wall--any leads would be much appreciated!
